[mc] mc background color

Hi,
you can change color profiles in MC settings - Options/Appearance/Skin 
or on some X terminal emulators you can tune color palette - for example 
on xfce4-terminal it is in Settings/Colors/Palette or something like 
that, where you can make better dark blue than default.
