Hello everyone,

I've been working on the new website for a while now and I think I've made enough progress to show a preview:

  https://new.midnight-commander.org

Unfortunately, I don't have the artistic skills and capacity to further customise the theme and/or add a dark variant.

Content-wise, I think most of the important and relevant information is there.

If you want to help and think that something can be improved, just submit a pull request:

   https://github.com/MidnightCommander/website

I'm now working on salvaging and archiving the Trac content, and hopefully I'll be able to switch over soon.

All the best,
Yury

As an example of some recent sites that caught my eye as being nice in terms of layout, structure and content, I can mention the new PCRE2 homepage: https://pcre2project.github.io/pcre2/ .
