[mc] mc.ext.ini - new format causes problems

With the old format of mc.ext.ini I could do e.g.

  shell/.ms
        Open=openfile.sl %f

where openfile.sl is my own script that opens files by their
extensions and takes one argument, the file to be opened. This
worked fine with the old format, but no longer, not with a
capitalized version of Shell/.ms either.

What must I do to use my script?
