Hi and thank you all for your ideas.

As Yury said " Something has changed, but we don't know about it. Unless 
you believe in miracles." I myself don't believe in miracles...

My main goal here was to check, whether the problem could be on mc's 
side, but for now i'm believing it's some nasty android thing or 
something network causes.

And yes, wireshark will maybe show something, i'll try that.

If i find out something usable for others, i'll post it here, otherwise 
forget it. Android stuff is changing fast and knowledge of today is 
legend tomorrow...

There are things more important, than this...
