Hi, thx for your help.

1. I restarted phone, same thing. Was my 1st shot.

2. login is the same, when connecting via linux ftp and mc ftp:
ftp://android@192.168.0.241:2221 (wifi ftp server uses this special, 
unprivileged port)

3. "no write rights" on the phone means no right to delete, mkdir, edit, 
copy/move file onto the phone's sd card...

4. It worked until yesterday under same conditions (i put a file into a 
directory on the phones sd card. (wifi-ftp gives access to the sd card 
only). I can do exactly the same today with the linux ftp, but not using 
mc's ftp.
