$HOME/.cache/mc/Tree

Dear list,

I am wondering what is the purpose of the file $HOME/.cache/mc/Tree and why
this file gets modified every time I run mc, even though the content stays
still the same:

$ cat ~/.cache/mc/Tree
Midnight Commander TreeStore v 2.0

Is it possible to prevent this file from being modified each time I run mc ?
