Missing highlight, menu, skin, ... files installing 4.7.5.2

Hi,

installing 4.7.5.2 from source no configuration files (menu, syntax 
highlight, skin, ...) installed in /etc/mc or elsewhere. Program starts 
in black and white claimng missing Default skin.

Installing on the same system on the same way 4.7.0.x result is ok, 
system works as expected.

Do not see any relevant message during configuration or configuration.

What is missing?
