Control-backslash doesn't work on console in MC

I expect that Ctrl+AltGr+Q should gives the Control-backslash, that is
the directory hotlist.

I have setup Hungarian environment, and my keyboard doesn't have
backslash key. On my keyboard on the 'Q' key there is another symbol,
the '\' backslash, so when I want on the console to write down '\'
character, I must to use the AltGr+Q key combination.
