[feature request] mcedit: editing several files at once

Hi,

After a bit of search, I've been unable to find if that was ever asked.

Do you plan to extend mcedit so that editing several files at once become possible ?
(with some kind of a buffer à la vi or something).
It would be nice to have, imho.
