mc 4.7.2 color of inactive menu

Drop-down menus cannot be accessed using hotkeys if main menu is
inactive. Therefore hightlighted hotkeys are useless in this situation.

When you activate the main menu using F9 key or mouse, hotkeys become
highlighted and you can use them.
