Progress bar during copy

Hi Pavel,

I saw your mail earlier and don't have it here right now, so 
I can't quote it, but I recall you wanted my 

mc -V:

GNU Midnight Commander 4.6.1
 Virtuellt filsystem:  tarfs, extfs, cpiofs, ftpfs, fish, undelfs
Med inbyggd editor
Använder ncurses-biblioteket
Med stöd för subskal som standard
Med stöd för bakgrundsoperationer
Med stöd för mus på xterm och linuxkonsoll
Med stöd för X11-händelser
Med internationaliseringsstöd
Med stöd för flera teckentabeller

This is of course swedish, but I hope it makes sense anyway.

The reason I wasn't more specific is that I thought it probably 
was some Configuration/Option switch I had missed that activated 
the  progress bar. Do you mean it always should be present?
