cvs version of mc

Hello,
I had tried several times to get last version from cvs accorsing to the 
website:

I had tried thus:
cvs -z3 -d:ext:anoncvs at savannah.gnu.org:/cvsroot/mc co mc

I get a timeout;
is the CVS server up? is there an alternate cvs server?
