No.  I don't see the "-p" option for ssh in vfs/fish.c.  Even the syntax
of the ssh path doesn't have any place for the port:

 * Syntax of path is: /#sh:user at host[:Cr]/path
 *      where C means you want compressed connection,
 *      and r means you want to use rsh

Sorry for inconvenience.  Feel free to fix it.
