Viewing same directory in both panels

Hi all:

> Is there a simple key combination to make both panels view the same
> directory, without having to traverse a long directory tree ?

  I just change the `other' pane to `quick view' then back to
listing.  (from the first item to the second item then back,
under the `left' or `right' menu.
