MIME type handling in Gmc

Yes, it appears that GMC has become incompatible with the GNOME file
types.

You may have better luck asking in a mailing list for GNOME - at least
somebody there must know what has changed.

Unfortunately, all GMC developers have left this project, but if you fix
the problem and send a patch, I'll apply it for you.
