make install glitch

Hello,

I've built mc 4.5.55 on sparc-sun-solaris2.8, 

./configure --prefix=/opt/mc-4.5.55 --with-included-slang
--without-edit.

"make install" fails in doc-gnome/C/figs due to install-data-local
commented out in doc-gnome/C/Makefile.in. As a workaround, I removed
install-data-local from two targets, and it worked.

Don't know whether this is fixed in the development version, just FYI.
