AIX secondary shell problem with newer MC

Please try version 4.5.55.  When compiling it, please check if 
HAVE_SUBSHELL_SUPPORT is defined in HAVE_SUBSHELL_SUPPORT.  Please tell us 
what is the output of config.guess on your system.  When you compile mc, 
run "mc -V" and send us the output.
