help in copy handler

Hi ,
 i need to know if a pluggin or  functionality is already made.

-I need that when a copy some file, MC verify in the tasks queve if there 
are some other copy or move actions, if so, the amount size of all files 
dont exceed the available free disk space of the destiny. that's all, i 
need help, tell me how could you do something like that.
