You've needed register before post a bugreport... then you'll see link
named 'New ticket'.

This bug already fixed as part of
http://midnight-commander.org/ticket/2123
Now you'll see 'a1\?b2' in copy/move dialog and after pressing enter
this name will be 'unescaped' as well (I hope ;) ).

Bugfix already in 'master' branch (in our git-repo) and this bugfix
awaiting for next release.
