 I propose use indent utility before commits.

 Options to indent:

    --format-first-column-comments \
    --indent-level4 \
    --brace-indent0 \
    --use-tabs \
 <inpfiles>
 }}}

 See also attach (git-ci). This script will help with automate indentation
 before commits.
