Perhaps we could extend it a bit:

* add votes via keywords (eg. vote-<username>)
* if there are enough votes (currently: 2 devs), add the keyword "approved".
* patches that need rework get the "rework" keyword instead of "review"

Could you please set up some more quries for this ?
