Update for es.po translation +utf-8

 I've been fixing a few strings in the Spanish translation. I see other po files moved to utf-8 so I changed it using iconv as well.

I feel a bit sCaReD and I haven't done it for ages, so I'm posting the file here instead of uploading it to CVS myself.
