problems with compiling mc

hello,

i would like to ask you if it is possible to compile mc under winXP and if
so, what I have to do? I was trying to compile using Makefile.MIN in pc
directory, but witha any success. I get used for mc in Linux and now I have
to use Windows in  my job and I really missing mc there. I will appreciate
any advice, but do not advice me to use something like Total Commander,
because I don't like using this file manager.
