== Weitere Quellen == http://mail.gnome.org/archives/mc/2006-May/thread.html#00005 _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: _______________________________________________ Nachricht geschickt von/durch Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ From INVALID.NOREPLY at gnu.org Sat Jan 5 18:20:22 2008 From: INVALID.NOREPLY at gnu.org (Carsten Busack) Date: Sat, 05 Jan 2008 18:20:22 +0000 Subject: [bug #21959] bug in MC beim Start verbindung ins Internet In-Reply-To: <20080105-140222.sv20990.1436@savannah.gnu.org> References: <20080105-114627.sv64637.39904@savannah.gnu.org> <20080105-140222.sv20990.1436@savannah.gnu.org> Message-ID: <20080105-182021.sv64637.74802@savannah.gnu.org> Follow-up Comment #2, bug #21959 (project mc): Ja es war der Samba-Server dort waren eth0 und ath0 als Netzwerkkarten eingetragen. I checked out the mc code from CVS, renamed my scripts into '.in' files and copied them into vfs/extfs. I also modified the files vfs/extfs/extfs.ini, lib/mc.ext.in, vfs/extfs/Makefile.am, but after doing ./autogen.sh, it won't consider my new scripts: they won't be renamed without the '.in' extention. When doing make, it stops here: make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/mc-modifs/vfs/extfs' make[3]: *** No rule to make target `uace', needed by `all-am'. Stop. Can anybody help? The native Win32 port of MC was discontinued a long time ago and is currently not supported. You should be able to build MC with Cygwin though. This is not a bug. "Quick save" means that when saving your changes mcedit truncates the original file and writes the new data to it. (Just curious:) What are the features that makes Midnight Commander better than other file managers for you? And since you already tried to compile it: what were the exact error messages? Now it opens the _same_ directory again. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ From INVALID.NOREPLY at gnu.org Wed Jan 30 15:52:24 2008 From: INVALID.NOREPLY at gnu.org (John) Date: Wed, 30 Jan 2008 15:52:24 +0000 Subject: [bug #22179] Inconsistent (and confusing) Tab behaviour Message-ID: <20080130-155223.sv18629.24432@savannah.gnu.org> URL: Summary: Inconsistent (and confusing) Tab behaviour Project: GNU Midnight Commander Submitted by: jcoppens Submitted on: Wednesday 01/30/2008 at 15:52 Category: Editor Severity: 3 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.6.2-pre1 Operating System: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: Try this -Take a line which starts at the left margin. Press Tab. -Go back to the margin with cursor left(notice the ASCII code, 0x20, which is confusing, as moving one position with the cursor jumps 4 columns) -Press Tab again. Now you have 2 'magic spaces', each 4 columns wide (0x20's). On another line, Tab twice at the beginning without going back. Go back now and you have a real Tab (0x09)! Strange... Also, with the 'magic spaces', there is no way I can delete just one column (one space of the 4), which is very uncomfortable. Admittedly, the real tab is marked with '<' at the beginning of the line. I believe it's the 'magic space' that should be marked as abnormal, not the Tab. Why not simply change the background color of spaces (particularly begin-of-line spaces)? But these (obscure) features are what motivate me to stick with my external JOE. Renaming from no.po to nb.po and changing the entry in configure.in (ALL_LINGUAS) or po/LINGUAS should suffice. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
