Details:
When panels are set to display full screen using the following settings:

F9 -> Options -> Layout -> (x) vertical

F9 -> Left -> Listing mode... -> User defined: Full type name | bsize | perm
| owner | group | mtime

F9 -> Left -> Listing mode... -> [x] user mini status: full type name
mode

F9 -> Right -> Listing mode... -> User defined: Full type name | bsize | perm
| owner | group | mtime

F9 -> Right -> Listing mode... -> [x] user mini status: full type name
mode

Under these conditions, pressing TAB key will bring one
panel or the
other to the front for full screen viewing.

Bug:
----
When the TAB key is pressed to view the other panel, then is
immediately
pressed again to switch back to the original
panel, then immediately
pressing the Up or Down arrow key
causes the other panel to flip into
view. Pressing the arrow
key again then flips the panel displayed back to
the
original. This should not happen, the panel displayed should
not
flip to the other panel. When working with important
files, this flipping
action can be worrisome.
