MC seg fault on Copy & MovRen

MC throws a segmentation fault when the Copy or Rename/Move command are 
issued, either from the keyboard (F5 & F6) or from the menus.  This is 
MC 4.6.1 on a Debian Etch x86 system.

The error reported by gdb is:

Program received signal SIGSEGV.  Segmentation fault.
[Switching to Thread -1211566400 (LWP 3458)]
0x0806e097 in file_mask_dialog ()


I'm not a member of the list, but if someone could let me know if there 
is a resolution, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks.
