[bug #13731] confirm deleting from directory hotlist

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #13731 (project mc):

both the title & content strings and the button order & default choice are
inconsistent to (and worse than) the file delete confirm dialog, but other
than that the patch is perfect. :)
