Details:

With mc-4.6.1 on Mandriva 2005, 2006 and cooker, gpm support doesn't work.
Mouse clicks on the menubar, and scrolling through the filesystem gives
nothing. Basic gpm support does work, copying and pasting text for example.
Under X Window mouse support does work.
