[bug #15758] Uncompressing .tar.bz2 leads to malformed filename extension eventually

Follow-up Comment #7, bug #15758 (project mc):

Strange thing because i can reproduce it every time.

Having that you tryied with the same package from rh that i, the only point i
think is the contents of the tarbar compressed file to reproduce the bug.

Another info is that it's not a tar.bz2 only containing the newlib sources,
it's containing a full toolchain where newlib is one of the related folders,
sorry about not mentionning b4 but maybe it's important due to length path's
name as i can see, anyway, the only impact is the overall size of the file
and one string more in the absolute path. Im going to recreate the file
structure with just donwloaded sources from gnu in the same way the actual
tar.bz2 pkg but in this case for the whole toolchain to see what happens. If
so, ill upload the tar.bz2 file.
