[bug #2796] cons.saver in wrong directory

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #2796 (project mc):

Anyone care to fix this ? I verified that the bugreport is still valid. If
this is not an issue and it is right to keep cons.saver in `pkglibdir' then
this bug entry should be closed.
