[PATCH] mcedit gdb&make support

Hi, all!

I'm trying to add make&gdb support to mcedit....the code is very dirty now 
and not really usable. But I think that should be a nice feature. Any 
questions, suggestions and !help are welcome))

this patch should be aplied after keybindings patch.
