Issues to fix before 4.6.1?

I've just fixed the last issue, both in HEAD and MC_4_6_1_PRE.  It was a
bug in cpio handling that could cause a buffer overflow on broken cpio
archives.

Now the biggest issue is catching up with the development.  There are
hundreds of posts in the mailing list that I have never had a chance to
read.  I don't feel good about making any releases without having read
them.  Some messages could be about security issues.
