Fixes committed

Hello!

I have committed following fixed to HEAD:

Shift-F4 was broken in the editor (blame: Roland Illig)
Advanced Chown was broken (blame: Roland Illig)
Alt-O would change current directory without updating the current panel
(blame: Miguel de Icaza)

I'm sorry, I'm still buried in unanswered e-mails, and I don't know when
I'll be able to reply to all of them.
