internal viewer always shows 100%

I cannot reproduce this with the latest FC3 mc (I can see the position
indicator is changing in range 0-100% with mc-4.6.1a-0.3). If it still
happens, please file a bug in RH bugzilla and specify more your
configuration. We can discuss it there further.
