What about the next release ?

I think we should release 4.6.2 from HEAD. We should probably discuss a
TODO list, or just develop for a while, have a feature freeze at some
point and stamp out bugs.

We could maintain 4.6.1 with security related patches only and release
those as 4.6.1.1 etc.
