Sadly savannah bugzilla can only be edited by project maintainers and is
thus rather useless for active tracking. If this can not be changed it
might be worthwhile to setup a bugzilla elsewhere to track bugs. See my
mail "Hosting Bugzilla elsewhere?" from September 10th. Any comments on
that suggestion?
