Hi Pavel,

Not patchfs bug - I'd suggest some buffering bug. 

Run patchfs this way (it is simple perl script): 

./patchfs copyout mcqnx.diff  ./mc/src/key.c.diff   test.c

You will see test.c containing key.c.diff
