Lingering patches

Note that this is a well tested (on RHL and Fedora for years) and
security related patch. Currently cons.saver needs to be setuid root to
be able to save console contents. With this patch setuid vcsa (the owner
of /dev/vcsa*) suffices to save the console contents. Much safer I would
say.
