[PATCH] Already running a command (& subshell prompt?)

Thank you a thousand times for this. It was driving me mad.
Does the patch work when "Lynx-like motion" is on? (That's
when I'm experiencing it almost all the time.)

BTW, any plans for a second pre-release?
