List outage, should be fixed now

Hello!

The mailing list mc-devel at gnome.org has been down since May 5, 2004.  If 
you are reading this message, the problem was caused by blacklisting the 
mailing list address in the moderation system.  In this case I accept full 
responsibility for the outage and apologize for it profoundly.  The 
problem should be fixed now.

If you are not reading this, then the problem must be elsewhere.  I'll 
have to take to the gnome.org sysadmin.
