Bug#229773: mc: I can't edit a file in ftp server

 With 4.6.1-pre1 version of mc I can't edit a file in a remote ftp
 server.  When I save changes, editor (vim) exits, but changes doesn't
 go to original file, but only local copy in /tmp.

 mc 4.6.0 work fine.
