New function in Left and right menu

HI!

I think mc is a great program and everybody use it everyday, but when I 
want to make an ftp or shell link connection, i noticed that it is a bit 
  hard to write down every time the machine name.
So I wrote a Connections manager patch for th mc-2004-01-22-08 snapshot.
Maybe it is a bit of mess, but I'll fix it if you want.

There isn't any help  text, but if you want i'll write it too.

I attach the patch. Please give me some hints!
