Small bug 2 in 4.6.1-pre1

Hi,

Small bug in MC 4.6.1-pre1:

  1. press "C-x !" or use the menu to start the "e&Xternal panelize"
     tool
  2. choose the "Other command" option
  3. navigate to the "Command" field and enter some text
  4. press the "&Add new" button
  5. press M-h (Alt-h) to display the history
  6. press Esc twice

For me, the "External panelize" window disappears (so does the
history),
but the "Add to external panelize" dialog remains.
