Menu bar does not appear

Hi,

A small bug in 4.6.1-pre1:

  1. make sure that the "menu&Bar visible" option is switched off
  2. start MC and make sure that the current panel is the right-side
     panel
  3. switch to "&Info" mode on the right panel (using the menu)
  4. press F9 to pull the menu down
  5. press Esc twice to close the menu
  6. press F9 again

For me, the menu bar does not appear the second time.
(It does appear when using the mouse button instead of F9.)
