Recent utf-8 patch for mc?

I'd expect most of the UTF-8 patches to be in the SuSE rpm
by now, as Vladimir Nadvornik from SuSE wrote most of the
improvements to these patches lately.

I put all UTF-8 patches known to me together at
http://www.ottolander.nl/mc-patches/UTF-8/ . Please read
the README before using them.
