Subject: Bug#215574: mc quits on double ESC while watching file contents in side panel

Severity: minor

If you press F3 on text file and then double press "ESC" you will return
to normal mode. This is normal.
But if you press Ctrl-x q and then TAB you will watching this file in
side panel. If you will double hit "ESC" in this mode - you will quit
mc completely :)).
