Transfer of the GNU Midnight Commander repository

I looked at cvs.gnome.org but did not found a way to get a tarball of
the CVS tree (with complete history information).
Maybe cvsmaster at gnome.org can tell me where we can found that.

It's the only thing we require to set up the CVS on Savannah.
