Ftpfs fixes

Hello,

below is some fixes for ftpfs. One of the sympthoms fixed:
dot-files are not listed if it is no possible to use passive mode and 
ftpfs_use_passive_connections=1 and
ftpfs_use_unix_list_options=1

P.S. It will be fine to use savannah.gnu.org in cvs links at the www.ibiblio.org/mc.
