trouble in cvs mc

mc now tries to be compliant with FHS 2.2.  See this page for more 
information about FHS:

http://www.pathname.com/fhs/

Data files are installed under $prefix/share/mc, and only cons.saver is 
installed in $prefix/lib/mc

"make uninstall" is not supposed to uninstall older versions, it's 
only supposed to uninstall whatever "make install" installs.
