saving file position, bracket matching extension

Actually it's not true, I've made diff -u version from the changes.
Maybe that not arrived to the list, because I was not the member of the
mc-devel, when I posted to here. To the user's list it arrived.

But don't do that, I've made some changes since that time. I will
distribute the new version in a few minutes.

The downloadable snapshot version. I cannot compile the CVS version (I
think some files are missing on the (Debian based) server I tried it,
and I had no more time, to look around what's the problem :( ).

editoptions.c is from the CVS: Pavel wrote that I should use that
version, since he made some changes.
